My name is Randall Fisher and I am the Broker and Owner of Coastal Sun Realty in Panama City Beach, FL. I have been in the “helping people” business for over 30 years. What I mean by that is sales. However, there is sometimes a negative connotation that goes with that word. People think you are going to somehow talk them into buying something that they don’t want or making a bad deal. That is quite the opposite of any transaction I’ve ever done. My job as a Realtor and a Broker is to make sure I find what is best suited for you and your family. Whether it’s a condo on the beach, a new home, investment property, or you need someone to help price and market your current home or condo to sell in these ever changing market conditions.

I have been in the real estate business sine 1996 and I have been the #1 Realtor in Bay County with approximately $40 million in sales in 2017. Being a family man with a beautiful wife and 2 grown children of my own, I am embedded in this community, whether it’s coaching sports, sponsoring charity events, or just enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that is associated with this area. Paddle boarding the bay and inlets, kayaking on the lake or just relaxing on the beach, there is no other place I would rather live!
