Venture Out #79 Gulf Loop W/Golf Cart

We’ve been going here for 7 years and will continue to come here. Everyone enjoys it and can’t wait to come back.

We stayed here for the first time during our visit to Venture Out Resort. Each lot is privately owned, and different in floor plans/features. This home is older and not as modern as some of the others in the resort, but I genuinely enjoyed the classic beach house charm and cozy atmosphere. The home is located close to the front of the of resort so it was easy to find, and to navigate through the rest of the resort. One of our favorite features was the backyard, which backs directly up to the state park. The first time we stepped outside, we were greeted by a deer standing in the yard staring right at us—a memorable welcome!The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware, and the hosts provided almost everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our family of five.My only suggestion would be to provide a small vacuum for guests, or for future guests to bring one. After beach trips, we found it difficult to keep the floors free of sand.Overall, this was an excellent stay! We would happily stay here again.
